Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized professional for customer service, with a focus on effective communication and operation of management systems. Key Highlights: 1. Proactivity, organization, and attention to detail **Requirements:** * Prior experience in customer service, reception, or administrative roles (preferred). * Strong verbal and written communication skills to serve and interact with customers clearly and effectively. * Proactivity and organizational skills, with attention to detail to ensure smooth operational functioning. * Proficiency in operating management systems (familiarity with reservation control or cash register software is a plus). * Ability to handle billing and financial control, as well as perform minor cash handling tasks. * Availability to work on a rotating shift schedule, alternating between morning/afternoon and night shifts. * Commitment to punctuality and attendance, ensuring high-quality service and customer interaction. **We Offer:** * **Fixed Salary:** R$ 1800.00 for the first 90 days \| After probation: R$ 2,100.00 \+ 5% Cash Handling Bonus * **Meal Voucher after 3 months:** R$ 200.00 * **Transportation Voucher or Fuel Allowance:** R$ 200.00 for Araricá and other cities R$ 250.00 * **Performance Bonus after 3 months** * **Work Schedule:** 6x1 (one day off per week and one Sunday off per month). * **Working Hours:** 7 hours and 20 minutes per day; working hours to be coordinated with the manager. * **Shift Hours:** Rotating \- availability required to alternate between morning/afternoon and night shifts. * **Work Location:** RS-239, 2680 \- Campo da Brazina, Araricá \- RS, 93880\-000 **Are you interested in joining our selection process?** We look forward to welcoming you to become part of Brazil's largest motel network!
