Join our network too! #vemprarede Responsibilities and duties: * Contact and negotiate with delinquent clients via phone calls; * Enter the call status, conversation summary with the delinquent client, and debt payment agreement into the system; * Confirm and update the registered information of delinquent clients; * Carry out customer service procedures according to quality guidelines; * Conduct searches on research websites.
