Responsibilities Make calls to promote and sell our dental services; Attend clients via phone and other communication channels; Schedule evaluations for clients acquired through marketing campaigns; Record in the system all information and interactions carried out; Conduct satisfaction surveys with our patients; Monitor the sales process (sending emails, messages, reminders, etc.); Reschedule appointments and evaluations according to company protocols; Participate in technical and behavioral training provided by the company. ? Required qualifications and desired profile Proactivity and willingness to learn; Focus on results and goals; Team spirit and collaboration in the workplace; Punctuality and responsibility regarding deadlines and schedules; Good communication skills and friendliness in customer service; Ease with technology and telecommunication systems; Previous experience in customer service or sales is desirable. ?
