Organization of sales reports and internal controls Cladding supply company seeks a Commercial Assistant in Gravataí (Morada do Vale). **Responsibilities:** Serve customers, suppliers, and partners in person, by phone, or via email. Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and commercial contracts. Track orders, delivery deadlines, and internal sales processes. Maintain updated records of customers, products, and orders. Support internal and external sales teams with information and documents. Organize sales reports, performance indicators, and internal controls. Manage documents, spreadsheets, and files related to the commercial department. Assist in marketing activities, promotions, and commercial campaigns when required. Previous experience as Sales Assistant, Marketing Assistant, Customer Service Assistant, or Commercial Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this position. High school diploma required.
