If you enjoy working with people, thrive on challenges, and love a fast-paced environment, this is the place for you! **Your Mission Here** Support the execution of daily logistics operations by monitoring vehicles en route, assisting drivers, and controlling operational activities—ensuring delivery efficiency and alignment with Amazon’s operational standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor vehicles in operation via the **Control Tower**, tracking route progress and deliveries in real time. * Monitor routes using **Amazon’s** operational system, identifying prolonged stops, deviations, or inconsistencies during deliveries. * Proactively contact drivers to understand operational incidents and provide necessary support to maintain delivery continuity. * Participate in daily operational meetings with Amazon, following up on directives, alignments, and operational KPIs. * Support the **dispatch and receipt of vehicles**, ensuring organization, control, and smooth departure and return flows for routes. * Assist in yard organization and operational flow, contributing to adherence to schedules and operational productivity. * Record operational incidents and report deviations identified during route monitoring. **Requirements** * Completed High School education; * Passion for working with numbers; * Intermediate Office Suite proficiency. **Work Schedule** This is a 6x1 position! * We have 1 morning shift vacancy: 06:00–14:20 Monday–Friday, and 10:00–18:20 on Saturday * We have 1 afternoon shift vacancy: 13:40–22:00 Monday–Friday, and 10:00–18:20 on Sunday **What We Offer:** Salary: salary expectations. * Health insurance (30% co-payment, no fixed deduction); * Bradesco dental insurance, no deduction; * Meal allowance or food voucher of R$25.21/day (with 5.32% deduction from the amount); * Birthday Day Off: one day off in your birth month, starting after 3 months; * TotalPass (gyms and wellness); * Paternity leave of 10 days (after 3 months). **Join Us!** At Dominalog, we believe success starts with people.
