Support the Manager in covering Front Desk duties. Organization and inventory control. Supervise activities of third-party service providers. \*Requirements:\* Experience in supervising operational teams (preferably in lodging). Skills in team management and inventory control. Good communication, leadership, and ability to handle pressure. Availability for rotating shifts (morning/afternoon/night). Basic knowledge of administrative processes is desirable. \*We Offer:\* \*Fixed Salary:\* BRL 2,000.00 increasing to BRL 2,300.00 \*Food Allowance after 3 months:\* BRL 200.00 \*Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance:\* BRL 200.00 for Araricá and other cities; BRL 250.00 * Loyalty and Bonus Program: Tenure-based loyalty bonus: 25% of salary in July during the first 2 years; 50% in the 3rd year; 100% starting in the 4th year.
