We seek a proactive individual capable of working on demand while maintaining our operational quality standards. **Responsibilities and duties** * Lead and supervise Line Chiefs, Waiters, Busboys, and Hostesses; * Ability to recommend wine pairings with the menu, perform proper beverage service, and enrich the guest experience; * Adhere to the Group’s gastronomic standardization and quality standards; * Work directly with the Corporate Executive Chef; * Monitor dining room flow—from guest reception through departure; * Greet guests, diplomatically resolve conflicts or complaints, and ensure guest preferences are fulfilled; * Plan the daily table layout together with the Hostess to optimize space usage; * Conduct the daily pre-service meeting (*briefing*) to communicate daily dishes, out-of-stock items, sales targets, and special events; * Inspect team members’ personal appearance and the condition of furniture, tableware, and menus. **Requirements and qualifications** * Solid experience in this role; * Education in Hospitality, Gastronomy, or technical courses in Maitre and Sommelier studies. **Additional information** * Employment type: CLT; * Work schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off; * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance; * Dental plan: Bradesco Dental; * Health insurance; * Group life insurance; * Workplace: Gran Valley Resort, Rua EERS 235, 33111, Pórtico Neighborhood, Gramado \- RS, 95670\-000\.
