




Assist in the pre-preparation and preparation of designated foods under the guidance of the immediate supervisor, aiming to fulfill the production process steps. Participate in menu planning meetings with the responsible Nutritionist. **Main activities:** 1\. Pre-prepare and prepare dishes and/or meats and/or salads and/or diets; 2\. Organize the work station with all necessary ingredients and kitchen equipment; 3\. Assemble and replenish food items; 4\. Ensure the presentation of the final product; 5\. Conduct tasting and approval of products (when responsible for the shift); 6\. Guarantee food replenishment at the distribution counter; 7\. Collect and label food samples; 8\. Clean utensils, equipment, and areas; 9\. Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and occupational safety standards during task execution, according to Good Practices Manual; 10\. Perform related tasks; 11\. Be responsible for Health and Safety, as well as apply the norms, procedures, and guidelines of the Health and Safety Management System. **Requirements:** Proactivity, commitment, experience in the role.
