Receive and verify customers' medical prescriptions to ensure accurate medication dispensing. Organize and restock products on pharmacy shelves. Maintain inventory control of medications and products, checking expiration dates and placing replenishment orders as needed. Record and manage sales of controlled medications in compliance with current legislation. Provide telephone and in-person customer service, clarifying customer inquiries and referring them to the pharmacist when necessary. Assist in organizing and cleaning the workplace to ensure safety and service quality.
