Focus on initiative, problem solving, and driving store pace. **Store Manager – Retail** **Responsibilities:** * Oversee all store operations, implementing actions to achieve sales and profitability targets. * Monitor and report KPIs (sales, average transaction value, conversion rate) and rapidly adjust strategies to maintain momentum and achieve goals. * Ensure adherence to standards and processes. * Guarantee the best shopping experience and implement customer relationship initiatives. * Act with initiative, solve problems, and drive daily store pace. * Monitor inventory levels and order new products as needed. * Train and develop the team to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Commerce, Marketing, or related fields. * Proven experience in retail management or similar roles. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to analyze sales reports and make data-driven decisions. * Problem-solving ability. * Flexible availability. * Must reside in the region, preferably in Dois Irmãos, Sapiranga, Ivoti, Estância Velha, or Novo Hamburgo.
