Job Summary: Responsible for all store operations, this manager will implement actions to achieve sales targets, monitor key performance indicators, ensure standards compliance, and deliver the best shopping experience. Monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies to achieve goals. **Store Manager – Retail** **Responsibilities:** * Be responsible for all store operations, implementing actions to achieve sales and profitability targets. * Monitor and report on key metrics (sales, average transaction value, conversion rate) and quickly adjust strategies to maintain momentum and achieve objectives. * Ensure that standards and processes are consistently maintained. * Deliver the best shopping experience and implement customer relationship initiatives. * Act proactively, solve problems, and drive daily store performance. * Monitor inventory levels and order new products as needed. * Train and develop the team to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, or related fields. * Proven experience in retail management or a similar role. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to analyze sales reports and make data-driven decisions. * Problem-solving ability. * Flexible working hours. * Must reside in the region, preferably Dois Irmãos, Sapiranga, Ivoti, Estância Velha, or Novo Hamburgo.
