Job Summary:
Professional responsible for negotiating and purchasing inputs and services, supplier management, inventory control, and analysis of supply chain indicators.

* Research, register, and qualify new suppliers according to the Supplier Qualification and Evaluation PR, when necessary;
* Generate reports for inventory position control, performing related movements when necessary;
* Conduct negotiation and purchasing of inputs and services according to purchase requests, aiming at cost reduction, quality, and delivery timelines;
* Analyze Supply Chain Indicators jointly with management;
* Maintain organized and updated reports, documents, certificates, and test reports for inputs related to SGQ records;
* Register and keep CM (Materials Control) updated for consultations;
* Coordinate inventory and tools audits at construction sites;
* Generate financial reports to monitor payment forecasts, updating them when necessary;
* Record input and service invoices when necessary;
* Verify invoices entered into the system by the warehouse clerk and/or assistants, correcting/entering missing information when necessary;
* Plan and monitor monthly inventory levels and proper material storage at construction sites, in coordination with the warehouse clerk;
* Attend departmental meetings for construction projects according to assigned responsibilities;
* Control vehicle maintenance reports, generating evaluation indices for management;
* Continuously seek cost reduction through renegotiation of already-implemented purchase orders and analysis of current market prices;
* Prospect new suppliers and continually improve relationships with the company's key suppliers;
* Maintain active communication with various departments across the company to ensure excellence in fulfilling requests, inventory management, and control of inputs and equipment;
* Analyze main bottlenecks in procurement, inventory, and materials/equipment control processes, proposing improvements focused on productivity and quality;
* Ensure compliance with company regulations, procedures, and standards;

* **Experience as a Purchaser**
* **Data analysis capability;**
* **Use of metrics to support decision-making;**
* **Knowledge of construction materials;**
* **Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree.**
* **Bachelor's degree completed (preferred)**
* **Procurement experience in the construction industry (preferred)**
* **Basic computer skills.**
* **Basic Excel, Windows, and Office Suite knowledge**
