An environment that values people's development and well-being We are selecting **01 (one) Apprentice Youth** to participate in Unimed Central's Apprenticeship Program. The opportunity aims to provide first-time professional experience, integrating theoretical and practical learning while supporting departmental demands in accordance with internal processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform tasks aligned with your technical\-professional training, contributing to practical development and learning in administrative routines. **Main Activities:** * In-person and/or telephone customer service; * Data entry into spreadsheets; * Document typing; * File organization; * Internal document delivery and collection. **Requirements and Qualifications** **MANDATORY:** * Age between 14 and under 22 years old. For **persons with disabilities**, minimum age is 14, with no upper age limit; * Possession of a physical or digital work card (Carteira de Trabalho); * Availability to complete theoretical and practical training during the **morning shift** (8:00 AM to 12:00 PM\); * Theoretical classes will be held at CIEE in Canoas (Avenida Victor Barreto, No. 3204 \- Centro); * Currently enrolled from the 8th grade of Elementary School onward; * Eligibility to remain until the program ends in May 2028\. **Note:** If you have completed High School, current enrollment is not required. Proof of enrollment and work card must be presented during selection. **Start Date:** May/2026 **Additional Information** **WE OFFER:** Salary: R$ 915.11 Transportation allowance 13th-month salary INSS / FGTS (2%) Vacation benefits **Certification:** **Apprentices receive certification upon completion of the Apprenticeship Program, provided they attend at least 75% of the course.** **Professional Apprenticeship** is a vocational qualification instrument for adolescents and young adults, implemented through the legal requirement for companies to hire apprentices under a quota system. Companies thereby assume responsibility for ensuring systematic technical\-professional training for adolescents and young adults, delivered through organized theoretical and practical activities progressing in complexity. Validity of the apprenticeship contract requires registration in the Work and Social Security Card (Carteira de Trabalho e Previdência Social), school enrollment and attendance for those who have not yet completed High School. Additionally, apprentices must be enrolled in a Professional Apprenticeship Program offered by a qualified entity delivering systematic technical\-professional training.
