Engage in planning, negotiation, and resolution of contractual disputes. Contract Manager Position Description: We are seeking a **Contract Manager** to lead contractual management and ensure performance, quality, and progress of construction projects and engineering projects under the company's responsibility. This professional will operate both strategically and operationally, ensuring compliance, efficiency, planning, and relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors. Responsibilities: * Manage and guide the contracts team, ensuring organization, alignment, and performance. * Monitor feasibility studies and technical analyses for new contracts. * Develop, monitor, and replan construction and project schedules. * Conduct activity planning, leveling, and results presentations. * Monitor contract fulfillment, ensuring all parties comply with their obligations. * Track projects, ABC curves, and leveling to ensure healthy contract progression. * Ensure quality, deadlines, and optimal cost-benefit ratio across all deliverables. * Conduct meetings with clients, suppliers, and contractors. * Identify, mediate, and resolve conflicts, operational issues, and contractual disputes. * Coordinate all activities at construction sites. * Negotiate contractual terms with suppliers and clients. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contracts and their stages. * Participate in strategic meetings for risk assessment, improvement discussions, and decision-making. * Stay continuously updated on emerging technologies, tools, and industry best practices. * Requirements: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, BIM software suite, and Sienge * Solid prior experience in contract, construction, or project management * Familiarity with applicable legislation, contractual practices, and standards **Behavioral Competencies** * Responsibility and commitment * Proactivity and ownership mindset * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Resilience and problem-solving ability * Collaborative leadership and results orientation **Education** Bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering**
