Job Summary: Experienced professional to work as a Mason, executing and guiding civil, hydraulic, and engineering drawing interpretation activities across various construction sites in Rio Grande do Sul (RS). Key Highlights: 1. Experience in executing and guiding general civil construction activities 2. Performing hydraulic installations (water and sewage) and reading engineering drawings 3. Supporting activity planning and field information gathering Position: Mason Type: Full-time permanent position **Desired Profile:** Must reside in Rio Grande do Sul or be available to work in the state. Completed elementary education; Must be available for travel and accommodation as required. Prior experience as a Mason is required; **Job Responsibilities:** Work Locations: Carlos Barbosa, Bento Gonçalves, Gramado, Erechim, Canela, and other cities in the interior of RS. Must be available for travel and accommodation as needed. Execute and guide the team on general civil construction activities; support the site supervisor in their duties; cover for the site supervisor during vacations when necessary; assist the site supervisor and project supervisor in activity planning at substations and transmission lines. Perform general civil construction tasks, including foundations, block laying, scratch coat, plastering, finishing, demolition, and other related works. Carry out hydraulic installations (water and sewage). Read engineering drawings and sketches to ensure all work is executed strictly according to plans previously defined by the Engineering department and the site responsible person. Perform work at heights using ladders, scaffolding, or hydraulic equipment. Assist surveyors in base layout activities. Support field information gathering to assist the engineering team in developing civil projects. Support activity planning together with the site supervisor. And other related duties. **Work Schedule:** * Working hours and days: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM * 5x2 schedule: For candidates residing close to the job site. * 21x2 schedule: For candidates residing far from the job site — accommodated on-site for 21 days. * 90x10 schedule: For candidates residing in other states.
