Key responsibilities include: * Supporting the analysis of current educational legislation and its impact on UNISINOS’ undergraduate and postgraduate curricular and pedagogical models; * Supporting faculty development teams, collaborative spaces, internationalization initiatives, and pedagogical coordination teams during the implementation and monitoring of curricular and pedagogical models, contributing to a systemic perspective on teaching development processes; * Participating in regulatory and evaluative processes for undergraduate programs, preparing supporting documentation for these processes; * Contributing to the development of programs’ political-pedagogical projects, advising and supporting program coordinators in decision-making and assisting the management team in analyzing proposed models; * Implementing and monitoring undergraduate and postgraduate programs through data analysis processes and coordination with various teams within the Teaching Development Management, ensuring compliance with current educational legislation; * Collaborating in the development and implementation of undergraduate and postgraduate curricular and pedagogical models; * Contributing to the development and implementation of institutional teaching policies; * Contributing to proposals for curricular and pedagogical solutions for undergraduate and postgraduate programs, guided by Brazilian educational regulations; * Preparing strategic performance reports for the Teaching Development area to support decision-making, oriented toward educational sustainability and innovation. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Design, Pedagogy, Languages, or related fields; * Postgraduate specialization in Strategic Design, Education, or Teaching and Learning; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, advanced Excel, PowerPoint); * Digital literacy; * Experience in developing pedagogical models and providing pedagogical advisory services; * Knowledge of educational legislation; * Practical experience with teaching and learning processes in higher education. **Additional information** **Work location: São Leopoldo/RS – On-site** **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Benefits: * Undergraduate tuition scholarship offering up to **80%** discount and **100%** discount for **persons with disabilities (PCD);** * Postgraduate tuition scholarship offering up to **80%** discount; * Extension courses and language courses with up to **50%** discount; * Mental Health Program – Health and Well-being Journey; * Paid year-end break (between Christmas and New Year); * Free parking; * Transportation allowance; * Meal voucher or food allowance; * Gympass (Wellhub); * Internal training programs; * Pharmacy partnership; * SESC partnership; * Coopersinos health and dental plan – Unimed, Doctor Clin, and Uniodonto; * Life insurance; * Partial daycare reimbursement for children up to 6 years old.
