Perform employee registrations and updates in the **Metadados** system, and verify electronic time records, overtime hours, allowances, and leaves of absence. Manage onboarding, vacation, and termination procedures; support generation and verification of labor charges (INSS, FGTS, and IRRF); assist in organizing departmental documents and controls; support ancillary obligations such as **eSocial**, and provide employee assistance to clarify payroll-related questions. **Responsibilities and Duties** Support **payroll processing**, ensuring accurate calculation of earnings and deductions. Perform **employee registrations and updates** in the system. Verify **electronic time records, overtime hours, allowances, and leaves of absence**. Assist in generating and verifying **labor charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF)**. Carry out **onboarding, vacation, and termination** procedures. Contribute to **organizing documents and controls for the Human Resources Department**. Support ancillary obligations such as **eSocial and other legal requirements**. Provide assistance to employees to clarify payroll-related questions. **Requirements and Qualifications** Education: Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields.
