Job Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Safety Technician for a logistics company, responsible for safety inspections, PPE management, training, documentation, and CIPA support. Support for CIPA, Fire Brigade, and First Aid We are looking for an Occupational Safety Technician to work at a logistics company located in Alvorada/RS. The position is permanent (CLT), with salary negotiable + benefits. Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct workplace safety inspections and ensure compliance with NRs; * Manage PPE comprehensively—from specification through delivery and usage supervision; * Deliver training and employee capacity-building programs; * Prepare and maintain legal documentation and schedule ASOs; * Provide direct support to CIPA and the Fire Brigade, and deliver First Aid assistance when required. **Requirements:** * Completed technical education in Occupational Safety; * Active professional registration (MTE); * Proficiency in CIPA, Fire Brigade, and Regulatory Standards (NRs) procedures; * Availability for occasional travel (up to 2 days away); * Residence in Alvorada or the North Zone of Porto Alegre/RS. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Certification as a **Certified Safety Professional (CSP)**; * Experience in **ergonomics** and **risk analysis**; * Knowledge of **safety management software** (e.g., SAP, ERPs); * Skills in **statistical accident analysis** and dashboard development. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance or fuel assistance; * Chartered transportation; * On-site meals.
