So, would you like to be happy with us? **Job Responsibilities** **JOB MISSION** Serve as a technical reference in data, KPI, and logistics process analysis—supporting operational and strategic decision-making, structuring databases, monitoring systems, and driving continuous improvement—without direct people management. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Work across Production Planning & Control (PCP) and Transportation departments * Develop and maintain dashboards, databases, and automations for operational monitoring * Conduct in-depth analyses of logistics KPIs (e.g., NS 1P/3P, Transport Damage, NS Pickup, NS Distribution Center, Inspection Lead Time, production capacity, and transportation capacity) * Identify deviations, root causes, operational opportunities, and risks—and propose action plans * Design and enhance real-time monitoring systems, alerts, and capacity analyses * Lead systemic reviews to identify failures and define corrective actions * Structure and maintain operational standards and support databases for PCP, billing, and transportation * Redesign administrative databases and routines to improve efficiency, simplicity, and scalability * Provide technical mentorship to Junior Analysts—without formal management responsibilities * Maintain up-to-date historical records of operational KPIs **Requirements** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree (preferably in Administration or Technology-related fields) * Proven experience with logistics KPIs (e.g., lead times, service levels, capacity, transportation) * Ability to tell compelling data-driven stories (diagnosis → impact → action) * Autonomy to build databases and analytical frameworks from scratch * Process-oriented mindset (not just numbers) **Preferred Qualifications:** * Intermediate/advanced SQL (joins, CTEs, window functions, or equivalents) * Experience with real-time monitoring systems * Automation skills (Python, Apps Script, scheduled SQL, etc.) * Hands-on experience in PCP, billing, or transportation * Ability to translate analysis into practical decisions * Knowledge of AI **Benefits** * Gym / Sports Activities * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Tuition Reimbursement * Parking * Shuttle Service * Life Insurance * Meal Voucher * Transportation Voucher **Additional Notes and/or Benefits** Monthly variable bonus of up to 15% On-site cafeteria **Diversity** Magalu promotes diversity.
