Key Responsibilities JOB MISSION Serve as the technical reference for data, KPI, and logistics process analysis—supporting operational and strategic decision-making, structuring data foundations, monitoring systems, and driving continuous improvement—without direct people management. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Work across PCP (Production Control Planning) and Transportation departments * Develop and maintain dashboards, databases, and automations for operational monitoring * Conduct in-depth analyses of key indicators (NS 1P/3P, Transportation Damage, NS Pickup, NS Distribution Center, Inspection Lead Time, production capacity, and transportation capacity) * Identify deviations, root causes, operational opportunities, and risks—and propose action plans * Design and enhance real-time monitoring systems, alerts, and capacity analyses * Lead systemic reviews to identify failures and define corrective actions * Establish and maintain operational standards and supporting databases for PCP, billing, and transportation * Redesign administrative databases and routines to improve efficiency, simplicity, and scalability * Provide technical support and mentorship to Junior Analysts—without formal people management responsibilities * Maintain up-to-date historical records of operational KPIs Requirements Mandatory Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree completed (preferably in Administration or Technology-related fields) * Proven experience with logistics KPIs (lead time, service level, capacity, transportation) * Ability to tell compelling data-driven stories (diagnosis → impact → action) * Autonomy to build data infrastructure from scratch * Process-oriented mindset (not just number-focused) Preferred Qualifications: * Intermediate/advanced SQL (joins, CTEs, window functions, or equivalents) * Experience with real-time monitoring systems * Automation skills (Python, Apps Script, scheduled SQL, etc.) * Hands-on experience in PCP, billing, or transportation * Ability to translate analytical insights into practical decisions * Knowledge of AI 2512170202551383369
