




Job Summary: Responsible for inspecting raw materials and the production process, monitoring quality, and performing analyses to ensure compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for inspecting raw materials and the production process. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What are the challenges for this role:** * Inspect raw materials upon receipt and immediately report any non-conformities to the Quality Supervisor; * Perform raw material storage checklists; * Monitor the physical quality of raw materials in use; * Monitor raw material quality and storage conditions through on-site inspections and physical analysis results; * Send reports via e-mail; * Perform inspection checklists for critical equipment affecting finished product quality; * Analyze the origin of customer complaints (SAC) and assist in implementing corrective actions derived from the quality control action plan; * Prepare non-conformance reports for finished products and generate action plans; * Collect and prepare samples, and conduct physical analyses of raw materials and finished products (bags and bulk bags), as per the sampling plan; * Physical analyses of finished products. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What would be ideal for you to have:** * Pursuing a Technical Degree in Quality, a Technology Degree in Quality Management, a Production Engineering degree, or related fields; * Knowledge of industrial processes; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). **Additional Information** **Our Benefits:** Comprehensive Medical Assistance for dependents On-site meals provided by the company Meal Voucher Education Allowance Childcare Assistance (for female employees with children aged 4 months to 5 years) Life Insurance Health Assistance for children with special needs Transportation Voucher Profit and Results Sharing Program Unifertil is a family-owned company now in its fourth generation, with five decades of history in fertilizer production and commercialization, building credibility and transparency throughout this period in its relationships with employees, customers, partners, and institutions.
