Conducting inspections and rework of parts Requirements: * Completed High School; * Metrology; * Reading and interpretation of engineering drawings. Main Responsibilities: * Prepares, adjusts, and operates production machines; * Ensures machine quality through tests, frequency checks, and established standards; * Maintains machine cleanliness and sector organization; * Preserves equipment by performing corrective and preventive maintenance; * Conducts inspections on production parts according to the inspection plan; * Performs part rework when necessary; * Keeps the workplace clean and organized; * Prepares, changes tooling, and performs release as required by process documentation; * Executes daily routines inherent to the process (checklist, control routines, and other records); * Reports production output and records production stoppages; * Resolves minor issues on own equipment, requesting corrective and preventive maintenance whenever necessary; * Implements the non-conforming product reaction plan (PSQ-413).
