Job Summary: Production Assistant for construction sites, assisting operators, organizing materials, assembling equipment, and preparing cement mixtures. Key Highlights: 1. Assembly and disassembly of drilling equipment At ESTAQ, we specialize in foundations and geotechnical surveys, and we are seeking a Production Assistant to work directly on our construction sites. Responsibilities: * You will be the right-hand person to the Machine Operator, assisting with all necessary tasks. * You will load and organize materials, tools, and parts at the construction site. * You will assist in assembling and disassembling large drilling equipment. * You will be responsible for assembling support components that form part of the building's foundation. * You will prepare the cement mixture used in foundations and complete simple activity control reports. * You will keep equipment and the work area clean and organized. * Requirements * Physical strength and stamina for labor-intensive work involving lifting heavy objects. * Ability to work well in a team and maintain good relationships with colleagues. * Availability to work overtime and on some weekends, as required. * Willingness to travel to construction sites in other cities/states.
