Conduct continuous follow-up with the commercial department, identify potential pending items, and ensure proper progress until final shipment. Issue quotations to customers, ensuring compliance with the company's commercial policy and each customer's specific needs. Register sales orders according to established commercial requirements, provide daily support to the sales team (e.g., customer service). Prospect new leads and conduct market research. Prepare and review export documentation, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and monitor the entire logistics process until customer delivery. Perform freight quotations to meet company needs, handle telephone inquiries, and manage front-desk requests. Record and archive commercial documents per the headquarters' recordkeeping guidelines, prospect potential customers and/or markets within the relevant business segments.
