Apply here and join us. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate steam, hot water, or thermal fluid boilers in accordance with standardized operating procedures; * Continuously monitor parameters such as pressure, temperature, water level, flow rate, and fuel consumption to ensure stable and safe operation; * Perform normal and emergency startups and shutdowns, following criteria defined by applicable standards and the boiler’s logbook; * Conduct routine inspections to identify unsafe conditions, leaks, abnormal noises, or any operational deviations; * Propose improvements related to equipment operation, sector organization, and cleanliness; * Propose actions to improve operations, efficiency, organization, and cleanliness of the sector; * Monitor equipment performance and notify maintenance upon identifying anomalies; * Strictly comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations; * Complete daily reports, operational controls, monitoring records, and production orders. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; technical training (chemistry, mechanics, or electronics/electricity) is desirable; ongoing undergraduate studies (Engineering or Administration) from the 5th semester onward are acceptable; * Prior experience as a boiler operator is desirable. **Additional Information** **Compensation** In addition to an **attractive fixed salary**, FCC offers a **Profit-Sharing Program (PPR)** aligned with company performance. **Benefits** **FCC goes beyond the basics for you** * Company-provided **transportation**, **at no cost** to the employee, with predetermined routes or **commuter allowance (vale-transporte)** with up to a 6% deduction from base salary; * **Parking** and **bicycle storage**, located in a secured area for your belongings’ safety; * On-site **cafeteria**, with only R$3.84 per meal charged to the employee; * We reward punctuality and perfect attendance with the **Attendance Bonus**, valued at R$130.00, credited directly to your **Raiô card**; * Want to start or continue your **undergraduate studies**?
