Join the **Grupo Herval** team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Administrative Support:** Assist with administrative tasks such as document organization, filing, and material digitization; * **Customer Service:** Provide basic telephone support, respond to e\-mails, and conduct in-person service—all under supervision; * **Operational Process Support:** Participate in executing operational processes, following company-established procedures; * **Event and Meeting Support:** Assist with logistical arrangements for internal events such as meetings and training sessions, helping prepare materials and welcome participants; * **Theoretical Learning:** Actively participate in theoretical courses of the apprenticeship program; * **Project Collaboration:** Contribute ideas and assist in implementing small administrative projects under managers’ guidance. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Elementary or secondary education currently in progress; * Age between 15 and 17 years old; * Availability to attend the theoretical course (classroom instruction) at Senac Novo Hamburgo, aligned with the Apprenticeship Program, from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM; * Availability to work at Grupo Herval (practical instruction), from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM; * Possession of a Digital Work Card; * For persons with disabilities (PCD), no minimum educational requirement or age limit applies. **Additional Information** **HERE’S A TIP:** * We seek someone with innate leadership, who enjoys debating and finding ways to help both the company and colleagues continuously evolve.
