Requirements: * Enjoy working with the public, especially children; * Be proactive, friendly, and dynamic; * Possess strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team; * Prior experience in sales or customer service is desirable but not essential; * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; * Must be over 18 years of age; * Must have convenient access to the store. Compensation for Store Operator: Salary: R$ 1\.800,00 \+ bonuses for achieving targets Attendance bonus: R$ 100,00 Transportation allowance Dental plan In-store discounts at Superlegal Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
