Direct support to company management We seek an organized and proactive professional, prepared to execute and monitor administrative and financial routines, ensuring organization, operational control, timely delivery, legal compliance, and direct support to company management. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Execute and supervise administrative and financial routines. * Manage cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations. * Verify fiscal documents, contracts, and payroll. * Ensure legal compliance and deadline adherence. * Conduct administrative purchases and provide managerial information support to the Executive Board. **DESIRED PROFILE:** * Organization and discipline in executing administrative and financial routines. * Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and accuracy in information handling. * Proactivity and strong commitment to deadlines. * Ethics and confidentiality in managing sensitive data. * Collaboration and integrated business perspective. **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields.** * Experience in administrative and financial management. * Knowledge of cash flow management, income statements (DRE), bank reconciliations, and internal controls. * Experience with HR department routines and labor legislation.
