




Job Summary: A professional responsible for actively prospecting new customers, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales team, with a focus on maintaining initial relationships with potential customers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Active prospecting and lead qualification 2. Support in developing and improving outreach scripts 3. Maintaining initial relationships with potential customers * Active prospecting of new customers (cold calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media) * Identification and qualification of leads according to the company-defined profile * Assessment of potential customers' needs * Initial presentation of the company's products and services * Scheduling meetings and handing over opportunities to the sales team * Ongoing follow-up with leads in early-stage negotiations * Updating and organizing information in the CRM * Support in developing and improving outreach scripts * Monitoring performance metrics (contacts made, qualified leads, meetings scheduled) * Maintaining initial relationships with potential customers * Supporting commercial initiatives and prospecting campaigns Driver's license: Category B Bonus for achieving targets.
