We are hiring for our client in the paper, napkin, and delivery packaging industry an INTERNAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE. The company is located in CACHOEIRINHA \- RS (near the district of Cachoeirinha). Main Responsibilities      * Responsible for customer service, sales, and prospecting — identifying potential customers via phone, WhatsApp, or e\-mail. * Present company products (introduce products, demonstrate solutions and product benefits). * Conduct negotiations, prepare quotations, and close sales (to achieve the company's established sales targets). * Perform post\-sales follow\-up and monitor your customer portfolio to maintain strong relationships (place orders in the company's system to formalize sales, and track orders to sustain good customer relationships). * Achieve revenue targets. Requirements and Qualifications  Previous experience in internal sales or commercial customer service (a plus). Negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Completed high school education (a college degree in commercial fields is preferred). Basic computer and sales system knowledge. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with numbers and commercial calculations. Organization, discipline, and results orientation.
