Direct engagement with supervisors and operations A supermarket chain seeks an HR Manager to manage the R\&S (Recruitment & Selection) and T\&D (Training & Development) departments. We are looking for professionals located in the regions of Cachoeirinha, Canoas, Sapucaia, Esteio, and Gravataí. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Psychology, or related fields, with emphasis on T\&D; * Proven experience in supervision, coordination, or management, preferably in retail; * Experience in the supermarket sector. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Structure and develop the Training department. * Manage the department. * Monitor R\&S and T\&D performance indicators. * Engage directly with supervisors, store operations, and distribution centers.
