Create simple Instagram content (posts, short videos, and stories). Provide customer service via Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and the website’s chat. Photograph products and organize the asset library for the website. Answer questions, send purchase links, and track orders. Promote new launches, campaigns, and promotions. Monitor abandoned carts and leads generated by the website. Contribute to the brand’s digital and commercial positioning. Build the e\-commerce platform from scratch and ensure smooth operations. Increase engagement and strengthen digital presence. Establish an agile routine combining content creation and online customer service. Deliver tangible results for the digital channel within the first 6 months. If you have prior experience as an E\-commerce Specialist, E\-commerce Coordinator, E\-commerce Manager, or Online Sales Analyst, you may meet the requirements for this position. **Company Offer:** * Salary: Competitive with the market. * Benefits competitive with the market. **Other Information:** * Contract Type: Permanent * Work Schedule: Full-time * Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
