Operate across all regions and areas of Brazil where contracts and services are performed. * Guide work fronts according to project specifications regarding field activity execution, ensuring team safety, quality, and productivity. * Operate company vehicles and ensure, per GEDs (task manuals), proper use of vehicles, machinery, and equipment under field team responsibility. * Manage working hours in compliance with Brazilian labor legislation for the field team (work front). * Ensure all team members perform field activities strictly in accordance with CPFL Serviços’ internal procedures. * Monitor equipment calibration inspections, dielectric testing, and equipment/tool condition assessments. * Collaborate with the field team (work front) to prepare preliminary risk analyses (APR) for all activities. * Conduct daily safety dialogues (DDS) in the field, focusing on health, safety, and operational procedures. * Ensure correct use and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE) by the field team (work front), and demarcate and signal the work area to safeguard third-party safety. **YOUR ENERGY POWERS CPFL** Employee development progresses alongside CPFL’s growth.
