




Description: * Higher education degree completed or in progress in Corporate Pedagogy, Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields is desirable; * Knowledge of Brazilian Sign Language (Libras); * Experience with Inclusion Programs. * Facilitate professional adaptation to the company and its culture for participants of the Inclusion Program; * Ensure participants’ competence in performing assigned tasks and map their skills against job requirements; * Develop job-specific competencies through operational training and ongoing support; * Maintain training standards by developing curricular content and instructional materials (including work procedures and instructions), monitoring new processes, machines/equipment, or facilities; * Participate in selection interviews for persons with disabilities (PwDs), administer manual skills tests, and clarify questions regarding PwDs’ limitations; * Align the learning program with company needs by monitoring the learning process at SENAI, evaluating students, and defining job placements; * Support integration between PwDs and colleagues by clarifying disability-related aspects and characteristics of the new team member; * Ensure legal compliance in hiring PwDs by verifying required documentation per the quota law; * Support understanding of information and resolution of behavioral issues among PwDs through meetings and feedback sessions involving PwDs, their families, and managers; * Provide Libras interpretation during events and integration activities. 2512200202551929413
