Job Summary: The Social Worker will work directly with adolescents/young people, committing to their socioeducational process, providing psychosocial support, and assisting with family integration. Social Worker – Youth Reference Center – Reconstruction *Temporary contract position* See below the responsibilities: Conduct direct technical interventions with adolescents/young people. Commit to the socioeducational process of adolescents at all stages. Report situations of risk and rights violations. Provide psychosocial support. Refer individuals to service networks and follow up with young people as needed. Assist young people and their families in intrafamilial integration. Maintain updated case records and documentation. Conduct individual interviews and follow-ups targeting young people. Accompany young people in performing actions/tasks they cannot carry out autonomously. Develop and schedule workshops jointly with the Social Educator and Psychologist. Prepare reports and official documents. Develop and schedule workshops. Other duties as required by program demand and coordination.
