We are looking for a professional to support unit management, ensuring the execution of contracted food services while maintaining attention to quality, safety, and achievement of operational targets. Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate with the Unit Manager to define action plans, develop strategies, and create and innovate initiatives that optimize unit performance; * Monitor qualitative and quantitative results of the unit and/or processes under your responsibility to enhance customer satisfaction and improve unit profitability; * Support the Unit Manager in providing technical and behavioral training to team members, overseeing onboarding, directing daily activities appropriately, establishing clear two-way communication, and promoting all aspects of health and safety; * Analyze inventory levels and prepare purchase orders for unit supplies; * Support daily cost analysis, data entry, and generation and analysis of managerial/financial reports for your unit; * Work in a large-scale operation within the (specify segment if not confidential) segment, with an average daily volume of X meals (if permissible for disclosure). Main Requirements: * Academic qualification: Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, with active CRN registration; * Prior experience in Food and Nutrition Units (UAN); * Driver's license; (example to be included if required); * Personal vehicle (desirable). (example to be included if required) Work Schedule: Third shift – Dinner shift: 10:00 PM to 6:20 AM, Monday through Saturday.
