On-site execution monitoring and quality assurance **CIVIL ENGINEER** **Job Description:** We are looking for a Civil Engineer to join the team of a company active in private and public construction projects, located in Campo Bom/RS. The position is under PJ (individual contractor) arrangement with a monthly fee of R$ 6\.000\. Working hours are Monday to Friday, during standard business hours. The professional will play a critical role in supporting end-to-end construction project management, covering activities ranging from planning to field execution. Responsibilities: Provide direct support to the Responsible Engineer in comprehensive management and planning of construction projects; Interact with and directly manage subcontractors involved in projects; Closely monitor on-site construction execution to ensure progress and quality comply with design specifications; Actively collaborate in planning construction phases and resource allocation; Identify project requirements and communicate necessary procurement items to the purchasing department; Handle technical documentation (e.g., drawings) and liaise with site inspectors. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Prior knowledge and understanding of on-site construction environments; Strong communication skills and ability to lead technical teams.
