Job Summary: Work in Product Development, supporting product stages, preparing technical specifications, assisting in material development and standardization to maintain quality. Key Highlights: 1. Propose process improvements within their area Work in the Product Development area, supporting product stages, preparing technical specifications for new models, assisting in material development by replicating processes to standardize products, thereby maintaining the quality of Luiza Barcelos products, as well as performing other related and inherent duties. 1\. Prepare technical specifications for each scaled model, inserting information on procedures and processes to be replicated in development and production, and reporting process changes. 2\. Schedule and print vouchers, and dispatch samples according to Management's demand. 3\. Monitor the demand line, prioritizing models based on their delivery dates and expediting adjustment processes with suppliers. 4\. Prepare envelopes for each model after receiving materials for prototype construction, filling out the registration form with the product's technical information to ensure control and shipment for production. 5\. Assist in approving ornaments used in new models, verifying reference and technical specification compliance, and arranging and affixing approval cards after responsible personnel sign. 6\. Propose improvements in their area of operation, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and definitions. 7\. Update internal control reports and spreadsheets relevant to the operational department, as well as plan, classify, and organize departmental files. 8\. Work in compliance with technical, quality, safety, environmental, and health standards and procedures. 9\. Stay updated on trends within their area of operation and on new tools, resources, and technologies available in the market. 10\. Participate in internal and external training programs to enhance knowledge specific to their area of operation. 11\. Understand the company’s mission, principles, values, policies, and objectives, and comply with organizational and coexistence rules. Perform other professional activities related to and inherent to the position, as directed by superiors.
