Job Summary: The Junior Innovation Designer will support the development of innovative products and solutions focused on the end consumer and her real needs, collaborating with the Innovation and R&D teams. If you identify with this opportunity, apply via the link. **Responsibilities and Duties** The Junior Innovation Designer will be responsible for supporting the development of innovative products and solutions, focusing on the end consumer and her real needs. The professional will actively collaborate with the Innovation and R&D teams to strengthen the innovation pipeline, supporting the generation and development of physical prototypes, material testing, and proposals for brand and point-of-sale differentiation. They will also participate in product, process, and material optimization projects with potential to generate efficiency gains and/or cost reductions. Additionally, they will play an important role in continuously monitoring fashion, behavior, and consumer trends, identifying aesthetic references, emerging movements, and insights to guide design and innovation decisions, reinforcing Usaflex’s market positioning. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in **Design, Fashion, Product Design, Industrial Design, Footwear Modeling, or related fields**. * Technical drawing (a plus) * Design software (Corel, Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD) * Knowledge of physical and/or digital prototyping, material development * Adobe / Corel suite * Availability for supplier visits, testing, validations, and technical visits * Occasional travel to industry trade fairs. **Additional Information** Pioneering the production of comfortable and fashionable footwear for women of all ages, Usaflex is recognized as one of the most solid brands in pursuing well-being and quality in its products.
