In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring inventory availability and accuracy by analyzing movements and proposing improvements. You will participate in planning and supervising warehousing, distribution, and periodic inventories. Additionally, you will prepare strategic reports and support procurement processes to optimize the supply chain. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring product and material availability required for company operations; Analyze inventory movement data to identify trends and improvement opportunities; Plan, organize, and supervise product and material storage, handling, and distribution; Prepare managerial reports and deliver insights on inventory management; Participate in procurement processes, assisting in defining quantities and delivery timelines; Conduct periodic inventories, ensuring record accuracy; Propose and implement improvements to storage and inventory control processes. REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Production Engineering, or related fields; Experience in inventory management activities; Knowledge of demand forecasting techniques, material classification, and inventory management practices; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with agility; Ability to work effectively in teams and excellent communication skills across diverse profiles; Familiarity with inventory management systems and business intelligence tools. Willingness to work onsite in Igrejinha/RS. ADDITIONAL ASSETS Postgraduate degree or MBA in Supply Chain Management or Logistics; Knowledge of Lean methodologies and continuous improvement practices; Relevant certifications such as CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) or CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional).
