Collaboration in developing new recipes **Description of duties the professional will perform** We are seeking a Pastry Assistant / Pastry Chef to join our team. The candidate will support filling preparation and cake and cheesecake assembly, ensuring product quality and presentation. Key responsibilities include: \- Prepare fillings according to recipes and established standards. \- Assemble and decorate cakes, cheesecakes, and other desserts with attention to detail and aesthetics. \- Ensure proper food handling, adhering to good hygiene and food safety practices. \- Organize and maintain a clean, orderly workspace, contributing to a productive and healthy environment. Responsibilities: \- Assist in producing cakes, pies, sweets, and other bakery items. \- Follow recipes and instructions to ensure product quality and consistency. \- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the work area, complying with hygiene and food safety regulations. \- Collaborate with the team in creating new recipes and products. **Requirements:** \- Experience in this role. \- Knowledge of decoration and finishing techniques. \- Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure. \- Commitment to deadlines and focus on quality. **Work Schedule** Rotating 6x1 schedule: 6:30 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM – 2:50 PM. **Benefits**: * CLT employment contract * 20% hazard pay * Transportation voucher (VT) * Fuel allowance R$160.00\.
