Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Maintenance Technician to ensure the hotel’s facilities operate flawlessly by performing various maintenance and repair tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in common areas and apartments 2. Carry out minor electrical, hydraulic, and masonry repairs 3. Ensure the good condition and preservation of facilities We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the hotel’s facilities operate flawlessly. We seek a proactive, organized professional with technical knowledge in building maintenance. Schedule: **5x2** Working Hours: 9 AM to 7 PM MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES **Guest Service and Front Desk Support** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in common areas and apartments * Carry out minor electrical, hydraulic, and masonry repairs * Supervise third-party service providers * Inspect equipment such as air conditioning units, pumps, and electrical systems * Ensure the good condition and preservation of facilities * Record and report maintenance requests **Night Audit / Financial Audit** * Verify and audit **daily room rates, accommodation entries, consumption charges, and extras** * Validate the front desk **cash closing** and closing at other points of sale (if applicable) * Generate and review **daily financial and operational reports** * Perform the **daily system closing** * Identify and report discrepancies, inconsistencies, or entry errors * Organize and archive financial documents and management reports **TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS** * Proactivity * Responsibility * Organization * Problem-solving agility * Teamwork **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed high school education * Prior experience in building maintenance * Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and painting * Familiarity with occupational safety standards * Availability to work on rotating shifts and occasional on-call duties Employment Type: Full-time, CLT Permanent Contract Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$2\.300,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Education allowance * Basic food basket * Corporate agreements and commercial discounts * Free parking * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
