Job Summary: A professional responsible for cleaning and organizing the kitchen, utensils, and restaurant areas, as well as assisting with food pre-preparation. Key Highlights: 1. Maintaining workplace hygiene and organization 2. Assisting with food pre-preparation 3. Participating in training and capacity-building programs Wash and sanitize dishes, materials, equipment, and kitchen utensils according to daily, weekly, and monthly routine schedules; Set tables with plates, cutlery, and glasses for the following day; Clean the buffet area daily; Clean work surfaces whenever necessary; Mop the kitchen and dining room floors; Clean external restaurant areas; Sanitize trash bins; Wash floor cloths, brooms, and mops, and ensure their proper maintenance; Wash food storage containers, materials, and utensils; Assist with meal preparation activities, such as cutting, selecting, and pre\-preparing food, following preparation methods including time, temperature, and hygiene and food safety standards; Attend meetings, trainings, workshops, and capacity-building programs whenever required; Perform other duties compatible with the position upon request; and Maintain a clean and organized workplace to ensure a healthy environment conducive to efficient task execution.
