The company is seeking an External Sales Representative in Novo Hamburgo. **Responsibilities:** Daily prospect the target market to identify potential customers through networking, Google, door-to-door visits, provided lead lists, and commercial management. Market the organization's portfolio of products and services. Record all activities in the CRM with appropriate descriptions to support commercial management and improve sales processes. Update visit statuses, proposals, opportunities, complaints, and other commercial activities. Identify customer needs, prepare commercial proposals, conduct follow-up, and monitor contract formalization. Perform post-sales activities by monitoring product and service usage, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Conduct commercial visits to strengthen relationships and identify new business opportunities. Deliver basic system training and provide support regarding the use of the organization's portfolio. Utilize digital communication tools such as WhatsApp, e-mail, telephone, and videoconferencing. Participate in institutional events and initiatives when required. Position based in Novo Hamburgo / RS. Previous experience as a Commercial Representative, Sales Consultant, Sales Promoter, or Sales Agent may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this role. High school diploma required.
