




Job Summary: This role involves supporting waitstaff in table service, preparing the dining room, serving food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the environment. Key Highlights: 1. Essential support in table service and dining room organization 2. Maintenance of environmental hygiene and organization 3. Polite and attentive handling of customer requests Assist waitstaff with table service. Prepare the dining room before opening (setting tables, restocking utensils, organizing the environment). Serve water, appetizers, and beverages to customers as directed by waitstaff. Clear used plates, cutlery, glasses, and utensils, keeping tables organized and clean. Restock service supplies (napkins, cutlery, condiments) during service. Transport dishes and beverages between kitchen/bar and dining room efficiently and safely. Assist in cleaning utensils and organizing the service area. Respond to minor customer requests courteously and attentively. Adhere to food safety and personal/environmental hygiene standards. Assist with closing procedures (cleaning, tidying tables and equipment). **Minimum Education:** High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
