You will join an integrated, technical, and collaborative logistics team, with real opportunities for learning and growth. **Responsibilities and duties** * Responsibilities and duties * Assist in managing import and export processes, from initiation through to closure. * Verify international documents (Invoice, Packing List, AWB/BL, certificates, etc.) to ensure compliance with customs legislation and internal requirements/procedures. * Verify costs, enter them into the system, and close import and export processes. * Follow up with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and local carriers, monitoring deadlines and potential incidents. * Enter information into internal systems and control spreadsheets, maintaining accurate data on shipment status. * Monitor customs clearance and nationalization of goods, as well as removals. * Prepare export documentation (Invoice & Packing List) for various types of processes (temporary export, permanent export, returns, and re-exports). * Conduct spot quotations (freight, handling, etc.) for import and export processes, following corporate guidelines and seeking optimal costs for logistics operations. * Contribute to compliance procedures, including AEO requirements, internal controls, and corporate policies. * Support communication with internal departments such as Tax, Finance, PCPM, Engineering, Quality, etc., to align demands related to international processes. * Support Material Registration to assist customs brokers with correct fiscal classification (NCM), use of tax incentives (PADIS, FIERGS Non-Similarity Certificate), and special regimes (Ex-Tariff, Drawback, etc.). * Schedule and manage pickups for simple shipments (courier door-to-door) – Import and Export. * Monitor delivery of nationalized cargo by local carriers. * Identify opportunities for reducing logistics and customs-related costs and improving processes. * Perform comparative analyses of logistics costs (freight, warehousing, and other services), when necessary. * Assist with domestic logistics, when required, organizing pickup/delivery of finished products in the Brazilian market. * Know, practice, and promote the company’s Integrated Management Policy, committing to perform job-related activities in accordance with current procedures and programs; contributing to achieving defined objectives and goals, and supporting fulfillment of organizational management system requirements and its effectiveness. * AEO-sensitive position Expected or desired experience: Required: * 2 years of experience in foreign trade-related activities; import/export; international logistics. * Organization, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
