




Job Summary: An HR professional responsible for supporting managers, developing strategic projects, managing HR administrative routines, and leading the HR team. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision and coordination of the Human Resources team Support and guide managers on all people management-related matters, ensuring alignment and best practices across the organization. Develop, implement, and monitor strategic HR projects, policies, processes, and procedures. Mediate and manage conflict situations among employees, seeking effective solutions that serve both the company's interests and foster a healthy work environment. Design, monitor, and analyze People Management metrics, proposing continuous improvements. Manage HR vendors and partners, ensuring service quality and efficiency. Design and implement performance evaluation processes, training and development programs, climate surveys, recruitment and selection, compensation, and other HR practices required for organizational professionalization. Manage HR administrative routines, including payroll, time tracking, employee onboarding, offboarding, and labor relations. Develop and promote quality-of-life initiatives and employee support programs. Supervise, plan, guide, and coordinate the HR team (assistant and analyst), ensuring task execution, clarifying doubts, and optimizing resources. Manage occupational health and safety activities, aiming to prevent risks and ensure employees' physical integrity and well-being.
