




Job Summary: The professional will handle debt negotiation via telephone and WhatsApp, propose payment agreements, issue invoices (bank slips), and send collection notifications. Key Highlights: 1. Negotiation and proposal of agreements with delinquent customers 2. Issuance and dispatch of collection documents 3. Collaborative and communicative work environment **Gravataí/RS – On-site** **Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM** **Two Saturdays per month: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM** **Responsibilities:** * Negotiating with delinquent customers via phone calls and WhatsApp; * Offering lump-sum or installment payment agreements; * Issuing and sending bank slips and installment payment plans; * Sending collection notifications and protests. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (a college degree in related fields is a plus); * Experience in customer service (via phone or in person); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, and internet usage; * Committed, punctual, communicative, and collaborative profile. * Valid driver's license (CNH) - Category "B" **Benefits and Compensation:** * **Salary:** R$2.200,00 * **Performance-based commissions (R$700,00 to R$1.000,00)** * **Meal allowance (R$500,00 - Caju card)** * **Transportation allowance (R$14,80 - Caju card)** Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$2.200,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
