We are hiring a Technical Assistant to work at our company specializing in technical support for computers, mobile phones, and home automation. * Receive and diagnose electronic devices, primarily mobile phones, to identify issues and determine necessary solutions. Provide service and repairs for Apple-branded devices; (specialized training will be provided). Perform preventive maintenance procedures, such as internal and external cleaning of devices; Update service orders; * Experience in customer service. Experience repairing iPhones or other smartphones is a plus. Currently enrolled in a technical or undergraduate program in the technology field, and experience repairing iPhones or other smartphones; Interest in the technical field; Must reside in Ribeirão Preto; Job type: Full-time CLT Working hours: Monday through Saturday; Job type: Full-time CLT, Full-time Compensation: R$2\.115,00 \- R$3\.500,00 per month
