Job Summary: Work as a support member in implementation projects, performing configurations on a low-code platform and participating in client meetings. Key Highlights: 1. Use of AI tools to enhance productivity and quality. **W3K is one of the leading players in Latin America contributing to the Paperless culture while simultaneously elevating corporate governance standards for large enterprises.** **Since 2011, W3K has been present across multiple markets, supporting information governance and scalable business management.** **Your responsibilities here:** * Support implementation projects as a team member, working under the guidance of mid-level and senior analysts; * Perform configurations on the low\-code platform, including creation and adjustment of workflows, forms, business rules, permissions, notifications, and metadata, based on technical specifications prepared by the team; * Participate in client meetings for requirements gathering, assisting in documenting and organizing discussed information; * Conduct functional testing on implemented configurations to ensure compliance with specifications; * Document procedures, prepare training materials, and maintain an updated knowledge base; * Support the development of client-specific BI dashboards (Power BI); * Participate in project ceremonies (status meetings, retrospectives) and contribute to lessons-learned documentation; * Utilize artificial intelligence tools to support task execution, aiming to improve productivity and quality. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Basic knowledge of databases (SQL), programming logic, web APIs, and BI tools; * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Management, International Business, or related fields; * Knowledge of document management or experience in industrial sectors (mining, steel, oil & gas, pulp & paper, energy). **Key Information You Should Know:** * **Employment Type:** CLT; * **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM; Friday until 5:00 PM; * **Location:** On-site work in São Leopoldo/RS — a close-knit, collaborative, and energetic team. **Benefits Designed to Support You, Both at Work and Beyond:** At W3K, we believe a great workplace starts with caring for people.
